I don't know. As was mentioned, I'd be doing all this through bitpass.com, so I wouldn't personally be handling the payment part of it. You can go to bitpass.com, click on the "spend money" area, and explore a little. Someone else said that you can pay for bitpass with paypal, so if you have a paypal account (which can draw from other things besides credit cards), then you're all set.
