I realize that I'm about 6 months late, but, the driver and his 10 year old son who was riding with him were fine.

The driver lost his brakes coming down the hill (as MANY of them do since Hoover was closed down), and instead of causing a major wreck on the bridge (again, as MANY of them do), sent his truck into the river instead.

Neither occupant was hurt seriously and the truck driver was not cited.

We are now averaging about 1 big-rig wreck a month off of the Laughlin Bridge.
