Hmm, someday I'll be as well travelled as Howard.
Take a lot of time and money, but it'll be worth it.
Of those views above, the only ones I know are:
Sunset in Key West. Oh yeah, I agree with the need for shades.
The Grand Canyon. Take a LONG heli ride to view this one. The short trip doesn't do it justice.
Yellowstone, sort of. I drove through it once.
I would also add looking out across Death Valley. I can't remember where from, but it was a great vista. I have a photo somewhere.
