Nope. This week was the first time I ever
heard of this trend; I heard Clark Howard
talking about it on the radio. I think we have a
"Maggie Moos" in Centerville (north of where I
live); that's one of the three ice cream chains
he mentioned that do the mix-your-own-flavor
thing. I've not heard it referred to as
"smushing" before, though.
