Yes, only by Paul's prompt and timely alarum did he forestall the destruction of an entire site; nay, of an entire *world*. Sam...better give him a pre-emptive medal, y'know?

Likewise we both know who is responsible for this most dastardly of deeds. In truth, he hath fain confessed his guilt heretofore, this very day! Mark mine words: didst not the foul fiend claim:

"...a good clean reboot is just what I need to get going on a Monday morning. I took the weekend mostly off RinkWorks...."

And so therein lies his infamy as plain as thine schnozzle grace thy face. So; you see. His so-called "early morning reboot" (ha!) of his own worthless pocket-calculator-of-a-'puter tore through the internet lines, wreaking serious havoc on an unsuspecting RinkWorks, just as poor Paul was attempting to post another erudite addition to his scholarly exposés on non-kosher Bard-barians. And verily, the forum failure ne'er had a chance to "occur" until the perpetrator had "returned" from his "weekend". Thus hath the demonspawn been identified forthright. Our solemn task becometh clear: how shalt we lovingly *forgive* our churlish miscreant gone so far astray?
