Here's some more I remembered:

"Shrapnel" also by Adam Cadre. Less puzzles even than Shade, but very interesting.

"Guess the Verb" This one has a lot of small areas you experience one at a time. Very funny, parodies old-school IF and Harry Potter among other things. The directions are a good read in themselves.

"Spider and Web" also also by Cadre. It has a large total game world, but you are only allowed to play in certain parts of it at certain times. Very interesting style.
