Name a belief, and you can find a Baptist church that believes it. The ultra-conservative Baptist churches that get a lot of press are actually only a vocal minority. I tend to go to Baptist churches just because they seem to have the best chance of believing as I do. I'd walk out of a church, however, that denounced all dancing as evil, or other such nonsense. However, I've never had to.
Sounds sort of like Messianic belief, both Messianic Judaism and Messianic Israel. Congregations range from being almost exactly like a *traditional* Christian church, to almost exactly like a *traditional* synagogue (In which Talmud is treated almost like the equal of Scripture), and anywhere in between. Of course, Messianic shuls/synagogues/temples/etc. are rare enough compared to the various denominations that if you go to a particular congregation, it's probably because it's the only one that's feasible to get to, unles you happen to be in a city with more than one.
