What you said makes sense. I guess that it was just one thing that I noticed that contributed to the sense of elitism. Perceived, not real, precicely *because* that isn't anyone's responsibility. However, I do like what others were saying about the memos. Because it's just plain nice to not have to wonder if nobody at all thought your post was worth even a brief remark.
