It is for me. I have had this one particular re-occuring dream since I was a child. It's a very short dream, I can never seem to see anything other than one scene. All I know is that I am being chased by someone in all black. It's like an overcoat or something with a hood. I can never see a face, but I know it's a man. I don't know how I know that, but I just do. Anyway, I do always get away, but it's really peculiar as to how I do it. First, let me say that I am always a child in the dream. I suppose that's because I was a child when it started. Anyway, I am running and I get to my backyard. By that time I have run so much as to get all out of breathe, even though, it doesn't seem to me that I have run that far, like I said before. But just as he's about to get me I run to my swingset and jump and grab ahold of the top bar. Somehow, and I have never figured this out, this makes the man dissappear and I wake up. It's really wierd, but I have had it off and on for years and years, and I can't seem to figure out why. Who knows...
