The Party may not officially hold a one-child-per policy, but the Chinese exile Harry Woo said in a sound clip today on (US) National Public Radio news that they used a forced-abortion policy during the time he was in the country. He's been an exile for a few years, so it might have changed; also, he may merely be an incitor. Nevertheless, there stands the charge.
