Intuitor.com has done a brief review of the physics in Spiderman. They have a couple other movie physics review on that site, too... the only films to get perfect reviews so far are "Seven Years in Tibet" and "Road to Perdition". Go figure. (Granted, there aren't too many movies on there, but the point sort of holds.)
