Internet help needed (further)

I have just realised that when I try to refresh the Recent messages page, the ad at the top refreshes, but not the main part of the page. I don't know if this helps with a diagnosis. Incidentally, it isn't just Rinkworks which won't refresh, it's every page I visit.
