I think if there were other intelligent beings in the universe, the Bible would mention this, since it seems to do a decent enough job at chronicling not just the creation of humankind but of angels before that, as well as chronicling the events that culminate in the *end* of the universe (such as Kangaroo Jack making $17 million) and the afterlife beyond that. I think if there were intelligent species elsewhere in the universe, at least one that God cared about roughly as much as he does for us, the Bible would make some mention of this.
However, I don't see that the Bible *excludes* the possibility, either. Consequently, my disbelief in intelligent alien species is just matter of probability with me, not something I believe unequivocally.
