You're right. Here in West-Europe all the trafic being in the circle has right-of-way, in England its the opposite way.
Ever been to Turquie? (spelling) Well, neither have i, but i have some friends who went there, and THERE it IS really every man and woman for him/herself. Even worse than in Italy....
