POA . . . WHAT NEXT?

I was hoping i wouldnt have to post but oh well. I've done the boosters and the conduit but unsure what to do now i feel like i have tried everything but obviously im missing something

here is what I have:

briefcase
employment papers
ID
passcard
supply room card
buisness card
crowbar
light tube
radio reciever
fire extinguisher
iso cap
pet leash
washcloth
plastic cup
round pot
mirror

cant find cat snack or get into the mines unsure of next moves please help?
