The ice slide was an anomaly. We checked year after year for several years, but conditions were never quite right for it again.

Walking each spring to see the endangered Lady Slipper and Yellow Violets which bloomed off the road.

A snowball fight with my father which I foolishly began...and then regretted. Picture a 90-pound kid "belting" her Dad with a snowball. Oops.... Or the time I urged my cousins to attack him with our squirt guns. When we hit, he was filling up a bucket for our guns with the garden hose. *grin*
