I used to be into chess. Played with Big bro all the time. Then I got older and realized that if I wanted to wni a SINGLE game [a feat I had yet to accomplish] I'd have to try strategy. That didn't work, either. I played most in, oh, third or fourth grade when my mom taught chess club after school. Of course, I was the only lower-elementary kid there, so I was basically a partner to practice on when there was an odd number of kids.

I still have, to my memory, one win on my record. One. There might have been more, but I can't recall any. Strategy's really not my thing. I can appreciate it, but in chess, I can hardly begin to understand it.

I do like chess, and play it sometimes still, but it's always on a move-by-move basis. When I'm really creative and actually develop somewhat of a strategy to get a peice, it focuses soley on a small portion of board and my opponent will humor me, letting me use up 90 or so moves to get a knight, while he maneuveres in and checkmates me.
