I would never watch a baseball game on television, I just don't care about the sport. But in a sell-out crowd at Yankee stadium? Now that's fun! Everyone trying to do the wave, constant shouting and yelling at the players. That guy who walks around with a spoon and a hubcap. The overpriced food and drinks. Well maybe not that last one.

I dont think we should start a discussion about lovely sports or not... Its so *subjective* (here's that lovely word again! hah!)

Anyway, i love soccer, probably because i grew up with it, i see every game of my soccerteam in the stadium, not on tv (that sucks). And i have to admit that soccer is slower, they dont score that often, ... as in football, but thats the strength of it, i think.
I dont "dislike" football, but i just dont follow it (dont know all the rules either), same with baseball (liked the movie 'Wild Thing' though, without understanding the game, lol),
and hockey (i love the "wild action" in hockey, but thats about the only thing i understand: they have to kick each other against the borders, lol)

For the rest: i like every sport which brings some atmosphere in a stadium, people shouting, doing a wave, although i like a more relaxed sport too, like playing cards, ...
