I've done the trick with jumping back on the mine cart when you originally go southeast multiple times, and from the posts I believe I have to jump off again when I am heading south towards the narrow tunnel (which I have done) but I cannot work out where to jump on again (if that is indeed what I have to do) I've tried heading for the high ledge but that doesn't seem to work. I know there is a lot of posts about this but can anyone help me please?

I unlocked both sides and rammed it with the cart, and when I jump off the 2nd time I can hear the cart in the s/e caverns as I'm exploring them but can't find a place to catch up to it if that's what I'm supposed to do.
