That's usually true, but not always. I visit St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands from time to time and they still drive on the left, because of their English heritage. But I don't remember *ever* seeing a vehicle with the driver on the right. Before pulling out to pass a slower car, the driver leans way over to the right, almost in his passenger's lap, so he can see if there is on-coming traffic. Instead of taxis, they use full sized pickup trucks with passenger seat where the bed should be. Some haul up to 20 people. Those babies are not easy to see around. Fortunately, drivers there are extremely cooperative with each other.
