Go to Scotland with the excuse that you want to see if the country has scooters. Even if you already know that, you haven't proven it, have you? Nope, the only way to prove it is to go there and see the scooters right there amongst the rolling hills, old castles and bagpipes. Not only that, but you must ride them to see if they feel any different than American ones, or if the riding experience itself is any different.
