Okay, let's save him the trouble. I think this might just pass for an explanation:

"Frankly, I think every able-bodied American man, and every able-bodied, single, American, woman (unless she has a worried pop) should enlist, or if he is drafted, he should go willingly. Not only is it his duty, but will benifit(spl) him in many ways; he will gain discipline, become pysically stronger, and be able to endure harsh mental conditions. So one may consider an able-bodied American man that does not join any branch of the Armed Forces a draftdodger, even though technically, he is not dodging the draft. "

Okay, I'll leave the other points to other people and just pick on the discipline.

If you ever come over here on holiday, I suggest you go to Portsmouth. You will find that whenever the Navy is in, the police will be working double-time coping with all the hell that pissed sailors raise in the town.

Picking on Pompey again, as far back ago as the 1930s, whenever the Portsmouth football team played away, it would be followed by a large rabble of drunk Navy boys intent on violence. They used to wage some quite spectacular wars with the Islington Mob in the 1930s.

Go to any town with an Army base nearby. Whenever the soldiers get let out, the town is instantly full of pissed squaddies intent on raising hell. The armed forces do NOT produce loads of little perfectly-disciplined boys and girls.

Oh, and I can't resist asking how one can dodge a draft that isn't there. One may indeed consider them a draft-dodger, but only at the risk of himself being considered an idiot.
