Luxembourg. A countryside that just cries out "quaint". I wouldn't mind moving there one day, but then I'd have to learn how to speak French.

Bear Pond, just off of Lake Hopatcong in New Jersey. Yeah, I know what you're thinking -- how can any place in New Jersey be described as beautiful? Don't the junkyard fires get in the way? Let me explain. Bear Pond is a secluded lake that doesn't have public docks. It's only called a pond because of the nearby lake, but believe me, this place is huge! Our relatives have a house right on the pond. No motors on the pond, just peace and quiet.
