It's as though a programmer programmed a loop with no exit condition, and yet people say that the loop was exited because the value of x was changed. And while I'm not advocating stoning for violation, or a return to animal sacrifices, nor am I saying that those who don't follow will go to hell, I'm having trouble seeing something God said is eternal as something that can be done away with, especially by man. Unless of course, these *are* two different Gods, which I don't believe.
I'm curious now -- are there any specific examples of this that you could mention? I assume because you've posted this question to this thread that you believe there are such situations found here, but I wasn't aware of any, and your next post didn't clear that up fully for me. Mainly, what I'm looking for here are scriptures that describe a particular command as being eternal. (I know they're out there.) I can probably figure out for myself how those commands are being violated now, of course. :-)
