Again, an argument that makes perfect sense if there is no God, or all gods, and not something that makes sense if there is a God that is active in the world. We may have Christianity today because a bunch of people somehow came to a consensus of belief about a potential divine being. Then again, we may have Christianity today because the Christian God actually exists and manifested himself to Adam, to Noah, to Abraham, to David, and was made flesh and manifest in Jesus Christ.
If the world was erased and started over, whether we came to the same conclusions or not would depend on whether or not God exists in the first place and would choose to manifest himself in the same way.
