You have to admit, though, it does sometimes seem to be working against you. Especially if you're one of those people who can't ever seem to beat it (not that I know anyone like that). But, then, I never did manage to guess a true-or-false question correctly on the AP US History quizzes, way back in high school. Though I could guess the essays for full credit fairly frequently ;-}. But I digress.

The first game I played, my strategy was to pick scissors every time. The computer's strategy was to pick rock about eighty per-cent of the time. I lost miserably. Next, I picked paper the whole time (just in case), and the computer picked scissors more often than anything else. Then I just clicked on random buttons for the next couple of games, and the computer still beat me very soundly.

I think, for my part, it isn't a desire to personify, but, rather, a desire to prove that I don't necessarily suck quite that badly. :-}

Rock, Paper, Darien!
