All I can think of is to improve the processing
system (hire more staff), but I'm sure there
isn't enough funding for that, or else it would
be done already. Perhaps refugees should be
expected to pay, eventually, for their own
processing fees? That seems also
unreasonable, as I'm assuming due to
language barriers and cultural differences
many at least start out in Australia on the Dole.

Where does the funding come from now?
Taxes? Non profit organizations?
