I get a kick out of all those expressions we use to say that something is easy. My favorite is "duck soup." What could be easier than making duck soup? All you need is a pan of water and a duck. No problem getting a duck into water.

I also like "piece of cake," which means you got something out of the way easily. I have gotten so many pieces of cake out of the way, my clothes are shrinking.

And then there is "no problem," and it's psedo-Spanish counterpart "no problemo." It means that you can do something easily. If you don't like that expression, stay out of Jamaica, where it is pracically the national anthem.

"No sweat," has always been popular with military types, who want to say that something is easy.

They there are expressions that start with the word "easy," such as "easy as pie," or "easy as falling off a log."
