Almost all the time. Considering that I always get this feeling that should say something, though a lot of times I won't, and then I'll wonder if I should have.

I almost looked down on those people that made decisions based solely off of their emotions or let their feelings govern their lives, believing that doing so wasn't "logical" or "rational," and thusly not as good.

I don't always trust my feelings either. It can go either way, yet there's always that feeling of regret. But sometimes when I actually do speak my mind about something, it goes wrong. But you never know unless you take a chance.

Many times in my past I have gotten premonitions, or "gut feelings" about certain choices, but I almost always discarded them for the more rational choice. I'm learning now just how wrong I was about all of this.

You do have to trust your feelings. It is my theory that people have lost this sense over the ages over rational thought. Another thing people should keep in mind, that if something is really important to someone, they should hang on to it no matter what. They might regret later on if they don't. Sometimes you have to let go, but then you always wonder what would've happened if you hung on a little longer.
