Okay, I understand what the proposal says. I just can't pass up a chance to take a jab at the Bush administration. In politics, it is common to intentionally misread something. I could have learned that from the Bush people, but I didn't. I learned it long before his time. I used to involve myself in local and state politics, but when I retired, I swore off politics. I guess I fall off the wagon from time to time.
I do allow myself to vote, but I don't plan to vote in the next presidential election. I'm just going to leave that up to the Supreme Court. Oops! I did it again.
