Lessee.. I don't smoke, but the average smoker is a 'pack a day'.

So, $10 for the cheap packs, One per day. A flight to Hawaii... About $1,200*. So, 120 days. The average smoker in Australia could go to Hawaii twice every year for what s/he pays for smokes.

* there is no guarantee that this is true and accurate. Why would you want to go to hawaii? The only flights that I keep tabs on are to Europe, the ones with stopovers in America or Asia. Which are about $1700, so, 170 days, still, twice a year.
