Oh, I just recalled an applicable memory. I
used to work with a woman who had
successfully given up smoking years before,
and had gone for several years without it.
Then one night she went into a very smoky
bar, and for some odd reason the thick smoke
in the room brought back all her old cravings.
She thought she could just have one... bad
idea. She was smoking reguarly again by the
time I knew her, and said she didn't think she
could quit again.

So when you do quit; be wary. It might not take
much to get you hooked again.
