You guys make me feel like a baby.

I came about six months ago (August, 2001). My friend, who went by the name Myasthenia, found the site while looking up jokes and computer stupidities. We went through every stupidity, then through the rest of the site, then finally into chat.

I became immediately addicted, he sort of dropped of the face of Rinkworks.
Not before we had this really wierd psuedo fight though.

I chose a male name because I'd been in chatrooms before where it was not a good idea to be female, and I actually chose it because I mis-spelled Sammael, the name of a cool evil character in the series I was reading at the time (Wheel of Time, Robert Jordan).

I entered forum a few days later, and loved it, seeing as I have an opinion on everything.
