Just because "MD" is in the Pittsburgh area doesn't mean it's ALL of Maryland. I suppose that makes sense. I'm just used to the tri-state area being Western PA, WV, and Eastern OH, with Pittsburgh being the main metropolitan area. I've never heard of MD being a part of it.
