I have become quite annoyed with the banner loading myself and have spoken to my ad agency about it before. Perhaps it's time to send another letter. The refreshing frame idea isn't a bad one, though I positively hate frames and would rather resort to almost anything else before employing them. Plus I'm not sure an auto-refreshing banner is within the guidelines my ad agency wants me to operate in. I'll see what I can do. In any case, I am completely sympathetic with your frustrations.
