Most, if not all, Pacific islands have Internet access, because most have reasonably modern telephone systems. When I say "islands", I include tiny little ones as well, not just the main island of whatever country it is. I'm not saying Internet access is *common* in these places, just that it's available if you want it (and, in some cases, if you put in a lot of effort of your own to get it). This is the case with almost every modern commodity on a remote island, in fact.

Believe me, if people have it on Niue, they'll have it ANYWHERE. Internet access on Niue used to be routed through New Zealand phone companies until a couple of years ago; I understand the country has its own now.
