Turns out i've been missing out on one of my area's most spectacular and peculiar festivities for all of my 23 New Year's celebrations. So to remedy that, i am going with a group to a newrby community, where several neighbors get together, load their Christmas trees up with fireworks and gasoline and, well ...

This sounds so much more frivolous and exciting than that boring ol' "don't forget to take your trees to the recycling center" drive the local news pushes every year.
