Well... you pretty much screwed up your computer. The 2 files you deleted (the kernal's) were the core files of windows. As you probably know the deletion wasn't too wise. Do you have a burner? If so, see solution 1. If not, see solution 2.

Solution 1:

I would suggest burning every irreplacible file onto a CD and then doing a clean boot (totally "nuke" your computer and reinstall windows). This will get rid of your problem. Then you just copy all files over to your hard drive and voila.

Solution 2:

If you do not have a burner you COULD still do the clean boot but some files may not be easily replaced.
