We did the same thing last night. (Not at Dollywood, but we went to the most well-known locale in our area for Christmas lights.) We went to a place called Clifton Mill. It's either too beautiful (or too gaudy, depending on your opinion about holiday light shows) to describe with words, so I'll just provide a link to the web site if anyone wants a glimpse. The only thing that the web site is missing is pictures of the momumental traffic gridlock one has to maneuver through in order to get there, and the teeming hordes of humanity one has to maneuver through once one is inside.
