Haven't ever tried riding a bike, but I'm pretty clumsy even when *walking*. As I mentioned in chat a couple days ago, I quite regularly run into walls a few times while turning corners, etc.
And honestly, I don't really get that anxious while driving, and I *do* try to have fun. It's just that, well, it's sort of a natural reaction to be afraid of either falling into the ditch on the shoulder of the road or wandering into the other lane and being hit by several oncoming cars...
And as I've mentioned, I *try* to look ahead. It's just I can't tell where I am with respect to the stupid road if I do that! (Is it just me, or do I get the feeling that I'm kind of being led in circles here? :))
