2a. What is the least crossed state border?

After some cursory analysis of the continental U.S., I wonder if it's the border between Oklahoma and New Mexico. Only one major road crosses the border, and the only cities it really connects are Topeka, Kansas, and Santa Fe, New Mexico, neither of which are particularly large. If it's not THE least crossed state border, it must be in the bottom five or so. Any other candidates?
