You're right. There is no good way to start a post like that. There really is no good way to deal with that situation at all. It's the kind of thing that shouldn't happen to anyone at any time for any reason under any circumstance. It just shouldn't happen. But, since this world isn't the utopia we wish it was, the unthinkable sometimes becomes reality. I know that my limited comprehension and experience with your individual situation won't give me the right words to say to ease the pain or make the world right again. But I do know what it is to love someone. And I know what it is to be committed to that person. And I know what it is to lose that person, maybe forever. My heart goes out to you, because, even though my pain most likely pales in comparison to what you're going through, I know that whatever you feel is a feeling that should never be felt. You are in my thoughts and if there is anything that I can do in any capacity, I am willing if I am able. I just want you to know that I care and I'll be thinking of you.
