We had a little bug that we bought new in 1960, and my wife really loved that car. She cried when we sold it. The whole extended family knew how attached she was to it. So naturally when this old bug became available, she got it. It's in need of much restoration, but we are going to send it to "The Bug Man" for a complete going over. It is going to cost a bundle -- I could restore several scooters for that kind of dough. But at least it won't come out of my scooter account.

We used to have a bug. It was orange, and the best car ever. My dad took really good care of it, but my mom hated driving it. One day when Brent and I were driving home from something (I forget what) it absolutely died. Luckily we were only a block and a half away from home, so we wealked home.... the guy who normally took care of our bug said that there really wasn't anything to do for it. It's dead now =( I loved that car.

Lyn"and I never got to drive it"ette
