Hm. This makes me think... all the close friends I had in high school I still keep in very close touch with, but... what about the rest? Sometimes I wonder. What happened to everyone? Like Troy, who was famous for smashing a bee with one of his (florescent yellow) sneakers? Or Sam, who managed to down a seagull with a well-flung apple and earn the admiration of the guys and the disgust of the girls in the same moment? Or Sheri, the first and thus far only girl in our area to play on a high school varsity football team? Or any of the other 120 people in our class of '99?

With most of the people, I'll probably never find out. I was shy in high school, and I'd be surprised if any of the people that didn't know me fairly well even remembered me by now. But still, I have to wonder...
