Actually, I'm a Community Leader in SoHo, and we got up in arms over the whole Section 8 of the new TOS (the one that gave them grabbing rights). I agree with you - 'twas nothing less than thievery, and all of my content quickly came off of my web site. We staged a big old protest (the Haunting), and eventually they relented. The TOS have been changed - I've thrown you a link to the new ones.

No, it's still not a perfect setup, but it's survivable. And, as a CL, a feel a bit of responsibility to stay on. So, in YahGeoHooties! I remain for now, though I am setting up a site on crosswinds as well.
