Naturally. Lots of inside jokes and all sorts of references to... well, almost anything. A story by us and for us.

Back in high school, we did it with paper and pen. The one that my buddies and I currently have going (although the last section of it was written well over a year ago) is being done in Word and e-mailed as attachments.

How many people who want to do it have Word? And what versions of Word? Maybe it'd be better to just keep it plain text, but if that is the case, we'd have to make it clear that we don't want ">" marks scattered throughout it. You'd have to copy and paste the previous text into a new e-mail every time you added to it, and periodically it'd have to be archived as a text file on people's machines so that the e-mails didn't get too big. Maybe by chapters.
