I was talking to a girl at work about this fact earlier today. She works in the deli department at the supermarket and was telling me a story of a lady who was very rude and demanding of her. The lady was talking back to her, and the employee eventually got sick of it and told her to cool down and not get so irriatated over the little stuff. It shut her up pretty quick and wasn't even reported. :-)
