I've been caught up in so many things lately, and time has simply flown by. Is it really July already? Wednesday marked the last day of my work in the Water Quality world. (Think of sewers.) After a year and a half and a lot of changes, I packed up my cubicle and gave out farewell hugs.

There was a time not too long ago when I almost quit the job, but I'm glad I stuck it out. The person who was making my life miserable began making other people--including my supervisor--miserable, so that situation was solved. We moved to a new building in April, and I also thought that would be bad. However, I was proven wrong, and instead I began making more friends at work. That, in turn, had a bad point, because it was harder for me to say goodbye.

At any rate, in about 13 hours I will be on a plane headed for New Hampshire, where I will have a nice long vacation. I'll get to stalk (Did I say "stalk"?? I meant to say "visit with.") Sam and Leen as much as I want, and I'll even get to meet a bunch of you at the RinkUnion. Now, THAT is my idea of a vacation!

I know I'll pop in to say hello and check my e-mail, but I have a feeling my RinkChat linecounts will drop drastically. Don't forget about me, and I'll be back on August 6th!
