They're very rare, but yes.

A bit of free fun can be had by going to a bank and asking them to change cash into two-dollar bills and half-dollar coins (also unusual), and then using those to do your regular purchasing. OK, so it's not quite free, but it does succeed in earning you odd glances. The only trouble is finding a bank with two-dollar bills.
