This is for Sam and Jake. Jake as you know, I know your mom very well after countless sleepovers and days spent at your house. This news really hits me deep because I consider her to be one of the sweetest people I know, and I would hope that she would never have to go through something like this. I want you to know that I am praying hard that she pulls through this and that the surgury went well. Please keep me updated when you can.. I know how hard this has to be.
I'm thinking of you both and I really wish I could be up there to lend some moral support.
